We are officially rolling out a new way to take advantage of our services. We have many patients who simply like to stay tuned up for maintenance and wellness care with adjustments and some muscle work weekly. Unfortunately, insurance companies prohibit this type of care and will not pay for it unless you have an active injury.
Therefore, we are offering a way to get your weekly wellness/maintenance adjustments at a lower cost. For $199/month, you can get 4 visits per month, which includes full spine adjusting and muscle work. Interested? Simply sign-up below and we will reach out to activate your membership!
Conditions & Terms:
Memberships include four (4) treatments per month. Appointments can be booked once per day on any day during normal business hours. Membership treatments include adjusting of the spine as well as some light manual muscle therapy. No other types of services are included in wellness memberships. Unused visits expire each billing period. Cancellable anytime. Memberships are automatically billed each month. Additional visits or injury visits are billed at standard rate. Membership appointments must be booked online. Members are responsible for booking their own appointments through our booking website. Members are responsible for being aware of our holidays, vacations, and office closures and to book their appointments despite changes in regular business hours.
