What is a chiropractor?

Chiropractors are doctors trained in musculoskeletal injury diagnosis, injury treatment, exercise prescription, injury prevention, rehabilitation and many other areas of sports and physical health.

What do I need to bring?

Be prepared to provide your previous medical and surgical history. If there are any relevant x-ray/CT/MRI imaging studies, you should bring a copy of the reports, as well as a list of any medications or supplements you are currently taking. You may wish to bring shorts and t-shirt for ease of movement during treatment.

How many visits will I need?

The number of treatments will vary depending on the diagnosis and the individual. After a thorough examination and assessment, the doctor will discuss their treatment plan for your recovery process.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Our treatment requires unrestricted movement and may include exercises, so the best attire for attending your appointments is shorts and a t-shirt.

How do I make an appointment?

You can get in touch by phone at 561-747-5234 or use the form on our contact page. You can also use the quick and easy online booking page, which is available 24/7, even when we aren't currently in the office.

Are your services covered by my health insurance?

If we are contracted with your health insurance provider and your plan includes chiropractic benefits then it may cover all or a portion of your treatment cost. Most insurance plans require you to pay a deductible, copay, or co-insurance, and these costs are set by your insurance company and are due at time of service. We are able to verify your insurance benefits and determine your out-of-pocket expense if you contact us.

After reviewing your health history, you will be asked questions related to your injury and symptoms. The doctor will perform a physical examination to determine your diagnosis, which may include tests related to movement, strength, sensation, pain, or various organ systems. Treatment depends on your diagnosis, the severity of your impairments, your past medical history, and other factors, but may include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy such as Active Release Technique (ART) and Graston Technique, and exercise rehabilitation programming. Re-evaluations will be done to assess your progress and help you achieve your therapy goals.

We see and treat patient for a wide range of conditions and diagnoses. Please visit our conditions or services page for an extensive list of conditions and diagnoses we see patients for and treatments that we offer.

We will check with your health insurance provider to determine if chiropractic services are covered under your plan. We recommend that you confirm  your insurance coverage. We do take Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, and Medicare, but you can call our office at 561-747-5234 to verify your health insurance plan, as our contract providers are constantly updating.

We pride ourselves on being able to arrange same-day service in most circumstances. Our office is not open on weekends so 48 hours is usually the longest time possible before being able to be seen for an appointment. Book with our 24/7 online scheduler or call us at 561-747-5234.
