The contest will run from August 1, 2023 - August 31, 2023. The official winner will be announced in the September 2023 Newsletter. Each referral counts as one entry. A referral is counted when a new patient who completes at least one appointment at Tidal Chiropractic says that they were recommended by you. A winner will be chosen by random drawing out of all the entries at the conclusion of the contest. The randomly selected entry winner will receive a digital $25 Amazon gift card.
